Required Documents for “Entertainer” without the COE

You are required to submit documents below to apply for a visa for “entertainer” without a “Certificate of Eligibility (COE)” from Immigration Services Agency of Japan.

Note:
(1) On applying for visa, you must read “How to Apply” carefully.
(2) During the visa process, the applicant may be requested to submit additional documents deemed necessary.
(3) You must prepare all documents in A4 size and bring physical visa application documents and do not staple documents.
(4) The duration of the issued document should be within 3 months from the date of issue, and be submitted within its validity period.
(5) Required documents to be submitted should be original documents, unless specifically indicated. If you want us to return original documents (Certificates issued by authorities, etc.), you must submit the copy with the original one.

Required documents

(1) Valid passport
          Should have at least 2 blank pages for visa
(2) Copy of valid passport
          Only bio-date page (printed on A4 paper)
(3)Residence Permit issued by MIGRI (except EU nationals)
(4)Copy of residence permit (except EU nationals)
          Both sides (printed on A4 paper)
(5) Application Form
        Applicants who have passports issued by Russia, CIS countries and Georgia need to submit 2 application forms.
         If there is any omission in the description, it will be not accepted.
         The applicant must sign by him/herself. Electrical signature isn’t acceptable.
(6) Photograph
4.5cm×3.5cm, taken within last 6 months
Applicants who have passports issued by Russia, CIS countries and Georgia need to submit 2 photographs.
(7) A statement about career and past activities of the applicant by the inviting organization
(8) A registration certificate (Toukizikou Shoumeisho) of the inviting organization issued within the last 3 months.
(9) Latest statement of accounts of the inviting organization
(10) List of employees of the inviting organization
(11)An overview of the inviting organization
(12)The permit granted by the authority to the venue where the event takes place
(13)A plan/map of the venue
(14)Photos of the venue
(15)A contract between the applicant and the inviting organization about the performance in the event
(16)A document which explains details of activities, schedule, and compensation of the applicant in Japan
(17)Flyers, pamphlets, tickets and etc. of the event
